Our business is based on precision and, in turn, our precision is based on our capability to accurately and consistently verify our products through measuring. Our quality control system and day-to-day processes are ISO 9001/2008 certified and without the skilled staff and calibrated equipment of our Quality Assurance Department to verify our components we’d really be at a procedural impass. Using state-of-the-art CNC and manual CMM’s, height gauges and video equipment, as well as shop floor in-process inspection stations, we are able to perform the most complex and close tolerance inspections in the industry.

Woven into the very fabric of Imperial Machine and Tool Company is the consistent demand for excellence in all we do. It is often said that the true measure of quality can be best measured by longevity and while our industry frequently sees rapid ramp-ups and equally precipitous drop-offs, only those who are day in and day out top drawer quality outfits stand the test of time.

Since 1943 Imperial Machine & Tool has stood for the highest levels of quality available in an industry of here-today-gone-tomorrow shops. Founder Michael Joest and his son, GeorgeJoest, made sure that continuing the legacy of Imperial meant never letting our customers down. Day in and day out we continually inspect and verify both our processes and our output, for we truly aspire to sell quality and not simply manufactured goods.
